New Orleans Jazz Fest booth

As the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival ramped up for it’s 50th anniversary I was fortunate enough to be chosen for a booth in the Contemporary Art section of the festival, during the first weekend, April 25-28.

What made it all the more poignant was that I shared it with my dear friend Lorna Leedy, the founder of Fancy Pony Land, who I’ve known since before Neon Zinn existed and when New Orleans was a new city to us both.

Here I am in Crosby, MS, one of the tables I spent months prior to the festival building up my Neon Zinn inventory.

Four days of fun, sales, meeting new people and for many of them trying out Neon Zinn for the first time.
